KE Series equipment inspection and maintenance
     
-   KE Series equipments are installed with a system that indicates the appropriate time for replacement of the parts that needs regular inspections.
Air cleaner oil separator, This system makes it possible for work to be done at a convenient time as it allows prior establishment of the maintenance schedule by indicating the service requirements before the actual event.
     
-   The system brings maintenance cost savings through simple and easy maintenance operation as all the units are designed and manufactured for easy access.
     
-   Cover construction for easy open and close
KE Compressor does not need any unnecessary space, and time wasted on fastening and unscrewing of the bolt on opening the door since the cover is not a door type or a bolt fastening type, but a clip on/off type setup.
     
 
 
 
     
KE Series control aluminium block and construction
     
    By developing and applying control aluminium block, it is designed to be simple but demonstrate many functions. Also by using no hose and using a pipe with no connection for the entire compressor, the interior is made to remain clean and tidy.
     
1.   High internal structure reliability
-   Realization of low noise at a 69dB level by minimizing the Bearing load through application of largest rotator diameter and bearing in the class, and 100,000 hours of continued operation with the first assembled bearing.
Quality is guaranteed for 5 years through manufacturing and grinding with a Full CNC Profile Grinding machine.
     
2.   Air End (Rotors)
-   The latest asymmetric rotor and sealing steep guarantees high efficiency and its low RPM design reduces noise and durability.
Since it does not need a separate lubrication pump, it saves power.
     
3.   Directly connected drive system
-   KE Series is a high reliability model with low noise, low vibration, high efficiency and durability, as it is a directly connected low rotation drive through application of rotator with large diameter.
     
4.   Simple equipment inspection and maintenance.
-   Easy coupling and replacement of parts.

  1. KE Series Oil Separator Element maintainss 1 to 3PPM as the air passes through the Element. It is manufactured with special fiber and detailed design by Mann, an international manufacturer.

2. KE Series Oil Filter extends the life span of End Oil Bearing by removing the impurities of up to 8 Microns as it is composed of a unique filter paper.

3. Separator Element
- The element, which is a composition of different special fabrics, allows to supply clean air by minimizing the oil content in the discharged air.

4. The use of KESCL-6000 quality synthetic oil plays an important part in maintaining less than 1 to 3 PPM, in allowing the usage for a year and in reducing the occurrence of air bubble.

5. Oil separators life span is extended by including only a very small amount of oil in the compressed air through simultaneous use of cyclone type and bubble pin type configuration in KE Series Air/Oil Receiver tank.
