1. KE-2000 CONTROL increases the Compressor efficiency through exact operation by entering the location of Compressor malfunction in text and indicators through LCD, and it is designed for simple operation.

2. Features of Control Panel
- KE Screw Compressor features all three of Automatic, Unloading and Continuous Mode and it functions without problems at places where there are severe changes in load or no separate receiver tank.
- Automatic Mode : This is an ultra power saving mode and if the air is consumed at momentary peak, it maybe used with an adequate buffer device.
- Un-Loading Mode : This mode allows the compressor to warm up by operating at no load under unfavorable power supply and cold weather condition, when the compressor does not start. When the compressor has warmed up, the mode can be switched for use.
- Continuous Mode : This is an ideal mode when the compressor is required to maintain fixed pressure and/or used in an harsh environment for machines due to frequent start and stop.

3. Central Management Control System
- An optional Datsu control system rationally controls many compressors according to the air consumption and automatically controls the amount of purification, termination order loading and unloading. The system allows for un-manned operation by automatically controlling many compressors through a central management, and large savings in power consumption is possible by controlling unnecessary compressor operation.

4. Volume control system
- As the motor activates the compressors rotator, the air is sucked in. And as the compressed air reaches a required pressure, the volume is controlled to maintain a certain pressure. The regulated volume can be controlled from 100% to 0%.

-   Through the use of digital temperature control device, the compressors operation can be more closely and easily examined, and LED lamps that lights up for each component allows for easy examination by anyone.  
 
-   Compatible with computers and the user can be familiar with the system. This state of the art microprocessor is a product of latest technology that integrates general hardware and software, and it has made a birth of controllers that is highly reliable, scalable, and compatible with computers, possible.

The machine that has the cooling fan functioning from the moment it starts is the next generation control that saves power. Unlike the automatic temperature adjusting valve type, the logic circuit receives signals from temperature sensors in all parts of the machine to operate the cooling fan.
